The IML Group is looking to hire a PROMOTER CO ORDINATOR, Further details below.
Job Description and Accountabilities
Scheduling and managing all promoters required to deliver IML projects.
Responsible for creating the promoter profiles for the upcoming projects, ensuring that all promoters included in the profiles are available, understand the role and have agreed to work on the project.
Responsible for booking and ensuring the attendance of all promoters for project training sessions prior to any project going live.
As and when required, assist the Senior Supervisor and Account Managers with collecting and creating detailed reports on the promotions as required by the clients, and meeting all deadlines in doing so as set out by your manager.
Manage the promoter database and creation of promoter profiles to be kept within the shared drive. Ensure to keep the database updated with any changes to the promoters’ availability and circumstances as and where any promoter circumstances change, or new promoters are recruited.
You will be required to coordinate with the various Project Managers to ensure successful activations.
Ensure all promoter payments are agreed with Line manager and all documentation is correct and upto date.
Follow up with the HR manager regarding all promoter legalization processes including but not limited to visa & labour card processing. You will need to have secure records of all valid documents for each promoter.
Act as an ambassador for IML at all times and always uphold the company values and reputation.
Immediately report any incidents directly to your manager as you see could negatively affect IML in any way and damage the reputation and perception of the company, whether that is an act within or outside the organization.
Support the promotions team and Account Director with any ad hoc requirements as and when required.

Have excellent organisational, writing, IT and communication skills
Friendly, confident & personal with a natural ease to maintaining and developing new relationships
Should be able to work as part of a team & individually and happy to manage sub-teams for specific projects
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
